The following terms used in these Terms & Conditions are defined as follows:

2.1 Age Limit & Eligibility

To open an account and use the services on sa333, you must be at least 21 years of age. Registration or use of the services by minors is strictly prohibited. If age verification is required, we may request appropriate documentation.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may operate only one account. If evidence is found that the same person holds multiple accounts, all accounts will be permanently closed and all deposited funds and bonuses may be forfeited.

2.3 Information Provided at Registration

When opening an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information will result in account cancellation and suspension of any pending transactions. If your information changes, notify the support team immediately.

• The name provided at registration must match the name on the payment method used.
• A mobile number may only be linked to one account.
• Operating multiple accounts from a single device or IP address is prohibited.

3.1 Password Protection

Keep your account login credentials completely confidential. If any unauthorised access to your account occurs, notify the sa333 support team immediately. sa333 is not responsible for any losses resulting from account use by a third party.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

sa333 reserves the right to verify any user's identity at any time as needed. As part of this process, a national ID card or passport and mobile banking documents may be requested. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

• Documents provided must be valid and must not be expired.
• Documents must be clear and legible.
• Failure to cooperate with the verification process may result in account restrictions.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

sa333 currently processes transactions through the most popular mobile financial services in Bangladesh. Supported methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Transactions through any method outside of these are not accepted.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (for each method). Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. When depositing, ensure you are using the correct amount and the correct reference number.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. At the time of withdrawal, your payment method number must match the registered name and details on your account.

• Any applicable wagering conditions must be met before submitting a withdrawal request.
• sa333 reserves the right to suspend the withdrawal process in cases of suspicious activity.
• Withdrawals may be suspended until identity verification is complete.
• Withdrawals from an account will only be sent to the same method through which the deposit was made.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at sa333 will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus and a total balance of ৳2,200. Depositing ৳26,000 or more gives the maximum ৳15,000 bonus and a total balance of ৳41,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A 20x wagering requirement applies to bonuses. This requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the original deposited funds. Example: receiving a ৳1,200 bonus means a total of ৳24,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn (৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000).

5.3 Bonus Policy

• The welcome bonus applies only once per user.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account.
• There may be a maximum bet amount set for wagers placed using bonus balance.
• If a bonus offer has a specific expiry period and the conditions are not met within that time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• If evidence of bonus condition violations is found, the bonus and associated winnings will be cancelled.
• sa333 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer.

6.1 Fair Gameplay

sa333 is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent environment across all games. SSL encryption and fair play policies are followed on our platform. Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures impartial results.

6.2 Betting Limits

6.3 Technical Issues

If an internet disconnection or any other technical issue occurs during gameplay, results will be determined based on the data recorded on the server to the extent possible. In such cases, sa333's decision will be considered final. sa333 is not liable for losses caused by technical faults.

• To dispute a game result, contact support within 24 hours.
• Winnings obtained due to a software error or incorrect configuration may be cancelled.
• In sports betting, if an event is cancelled, the bet will be refunded.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sa333 platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in account cancellation, forfeiture of funds, and legal action:

• Operating multiple accounts or using an account on behalf of a third party.
• Using any software, bot, or automated method to play games.
• Attempting to hack or manipulate game code or system.
• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
• Abusing promotional offers or bonus fraud.
• Attempting to control outcomes in coordination with other players (collusion).
• Registering with false information or identity fraud.
• Raising fraudulent chargebacks or disputes on payment methods.
• Creating or operating an account for a minor.

11.2 Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time. Before closing, make sure your balance is zero or your withdrawal has been completed. Contact the support team to close your account.
